Vaseline Spray & Go

Not every review is going to require a long dissertation. That’s where the Monday Minute series comes in. This is my version of a yea or nay. First up: Vaseline Spray and Go.

Vaseline Spray and Go is a body moisturizer spray. It can be found at most drugstores for about $6.50.

It’s an aerosol spray, so it tends to get on anything you’re standing near. To avoid getting moisturizer on the wall it’s best to spray it on while still in the shower after quickly toweling off.

The formula is extremely watery, not particularly moisturizing, and doesn’t sink in as quickly as advertised.

What I liked is the mild scent.

What I disliked is that the force that pushes the product out of the nozzle is COLD!

I realize this is a preference issue, but I like feeling bundled up and cozy after a shower. The cold air pushing out of this nozzle creates the opposite effect. This might be refreshing on a hot day in the summer, but I’m not too invested in waiting around to find out. In my opinion the outcome doesn’t merit the effort in this case.

The Spray and Go line did, however, receive Allure Magazine’s seal of approval.
