David Kirsch B12 Spray

David Kirsch is a trainer to some physically near perfect stars. More specifically, he is credited with training the likes of Heidi Klum.
He received a lot of buzz a few years ago when he helped Heidi return to the Victoria’s Secret runway mere weeks after giving birth.

Naturally, I was intrigued. Reading his interview on Caroline Hirons’ website sealed the deal. I’ve purchased a few of his products since and have been happy overall.

David Kirsch’s Sound Mind Sound Body B12 Spray Dietary Supplement is an energy boosting spray (with probably the longest product name in history).

Vitamins and supplements can be a controversial topic. In the U.S., the biggest problem with supplements is that they are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administrations (FDA). The other problem is that there’s a misperception of safety because they are “natural”. Vitamins promote good health, so how could they possibly harm us? Well, they can if used improperly. In order to avoid any complications we must be wise consumers and do our research. It’s important to determine:

  1. If the supplement is suitable given our current health and genetic predispositions.

  2. If the supplement could put us at risk by interacting with any other medications in our body.

I’m definitely not a doctor or a nutritionist, so I like to defer to organizations such as the Mayo Clinic.

David Kirsch B12 Spray

Overall, I’m glad I tried it. I like that it’s a small bottle I can throw in my purse and have on hand whenever I need a little “pick me up”. It was a little messy because the spritzer would stay wet after spraying. The bottle currently on David’s site looks different than mine, so I suspect the packaging has changed (and hopefully improved) since I made my purchase.

The Verdict: I experienced a slight boost of energy following a dose (5 spritzes) of the B12 spray. I like this for the evenings when it’s too late for coffee, but I still desperately need a momentary second wind.
