Lately I’ve been LOVING 2 plant-based protein bars, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Nirvana by 22 Days and Cocoa Coconut by Square Bar.
Like most, I learnt about 22 Days via Beyonce’s Instagram posts back when she was dabbling in veganism. I’m not ashamed to admit that I went on an immediate hunt for this stuff and have had them on hand since.
I came across Square Bar on Emma’s Instagram (AKA clean_eating_addict).
Her pictures are beautiful and always inspire me to eat healthier.
Luckily, both can be found on Amazon and Vitacost.com. I purchase mine by the case from Vitamin Shoppe.
The 22 Days bars contain 20 grams of protein and 280 calories.
The Square Bars contain 11 grams of protein and 220 calories.
The Square Bars taste more like a chocolate bar with coconut flavor.
The 22 Days bars are more sticky and hearty.
Both are vegan, but don’t contain soy. They are a wonderful option for anyone looking to increase their protein intake.
