My main reason for buying the S.O.S Thirst Quenching Serum from the Caudalie Vinosource line was because multiple reviews likened it to Indeed Lab’s Hydraluron.
Being desperate for Hydraluron, I decided to splurge on “the dupe”. Having tried both, I can tell you that they have nothing in common. Sure, they’re both serums. Sure, they’re both meant to prepare the skin’s surface for moisturizer. That’s where the similarities end.
I really like the S.O.S serum. What I like more, however, is Caudalie overall as a brand. I love their natural approach to skincare. I love that they rely on natural, yet chemically high yield ingredients for skincare. Their overall approach is what I consider to be general assurance that their products are never going to be a disappointment. They do tend to vary in potency.
